Job Description
The Software Developer / Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems that support business operations and digital initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while following best practices in software development and system architecture.
Job Responsibilities
Software Design & Development
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
Translate business requirements and technical specifications into functional software solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Participate in system architecture and design discussions
Testing & Deployment
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging
Support CI/CD pipelines and software deployment processes
Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues
Collaboration & Maintenance
Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers
Support application maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
Skills + Experience
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in one or more languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar)
Experience with databases, APIs, and application frameworks
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
