Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by managing administrative, operational, and coordination activities that enable the sales team to operate efficiently and close business successfully. This role serves as the central link between sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customers, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and smooth execution of sales processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to sales representatives and leadership

  • Prepare, review, and process sales proposals, contracts, pricing sheets, and presentations

  • Coordinate sales meetings, client calls, demos, and follow-up activities

  • Track deal progress and ensure timely completion of required sales documentation

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems

  • Track leads, opportunities, pipelines, and sales performance metrics

  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review

Customer & Internal Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, scheduling, and general inquiries

  • Liaise between sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and onboarding

  • Assist with contract execution, billing coordination, and customer documentation

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend improvements

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

Skills + Experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles preferred
