Job Description
The Quality Engineer ensures products and processes meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role drives quality planning, risk management, and continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality plans and inspection criteria
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities
Analyze quality data and performance trends
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
Ensure adherence to ISO, ASME, or industry-specific standards
Skills + Experience
Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality
ASQ certification (CQE) preferred
