Job Description
The Network Engineer designs, implements, and maintains network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient connectivity. This role supports LAN/WAN environments, network security, and performance optimization.
Job Responsibilities
Network Design & Support
Design and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
Security & Optimization
Implement network security controls and best practices
Perform network upgrades and capacity planning
Support disaster recovery and business continuity
Documentation & Collaboration
Maintain network diagrams and documentation
Collaborate with systems and security teams
Support audits and compliance requirements
Skills + Experience
Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar technologies
Network troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP) a plus
