Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. This role works across multiple channels including digital marketing, content creation, events, and campaign management.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and data-driven, with a strong understanding of modern marketing practices.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and events
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Support content creation including blogs, case studies, email copy, and social posts
Digital & Brand Support
Assist with website updates, SEO initiatives, and content management
Support social media strategy and posting schedules
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Reporting & Analysis
Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs
Prepare reports on lead generation, engagement, and ROI
Use insights to optimize campaigns and messaging
Skills + Experience
Strong written communication and creative skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
2–4 years of marketing or related experience preferred
