Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer designs and improves manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production. This role supports new product introductions, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
Support new product introductions and process transfers
Design tooling, fixtures, and production layouts
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Skills + Experience
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
Experience with process validation and documentation
Strong problem-solving and hands-on engineering skills
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
