Job Responsibilities
Analyze production and operational workflows
Develop process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
Conduct time studies and capacity planning
Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain teams
Track performance metrics and improvement outcomes
Skills + Experience
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
Strong data analysis and process optimization skills
Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
