Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role oversees digital channels, performance marketing, analytics, and optimization initiatives.
The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and experienced in managing complex digital campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation efforts
Oversee paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and ROI
Performance & Optimization
Analyze digital performance metrics and campaign results
Optimize content, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Conduct A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives
Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with sales, leadership, and external vendors
Manage marketing tools, platforms, and agencies
Ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and revenue goals
Skills + Experience
Strong expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics
Experience with SEO, PPC, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
5+ years of digital marketing experience preferred
