
Clinical Trial Manager (CTM)

Job Description
The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight and execution of clinical trials from start-up through close-out. The CTM ensures trials are conducted in compliance with protocol, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and sponsor SOPs while meeting timelines, budget, and quality expectations.

Manage clinical trial execution across multiple sites and regions
Oversee CRAs and site monitoring activities
Track study timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure patient safety, protocol compliance, and data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data management, safety, regulatory, and vendors
Identify, escalate, and mitigate study risks and issues
Support audits, inspections, and CAPA activities
Prepare and deliver study status reports to sponsors and leadership
Skills + Experience
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global clinical regulations
Experience managing CRAs and site performance
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency with EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
5+ years of clinical research experience, including trial management
Experience in CRO or sponsor environments
Willingness to travel as required
