Job Description
The Clinical Data Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trial data management activities. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of clinical data throughout the study lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage data management plans (DMPs)
Oversee database design, validation, and maintenance
Manage data cleaning, query resolution, and database lock activities
Ensure compliance with data standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with CRAs, biostatistics, and clinical teams
Support audits, inspections, and data quality reviews
Monitor data metrics and timelines
Skills + Experience
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes
Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata, Oracle, Veeva)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or related field
4+ years of clinical data management experience
Experience supporting Phase I–IV clinical trials
