Job Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential hands-on care to patients by assisting with daily living activities and supporting nursing staff. CNAs play a critical role in patient comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Job Responsibilities
Patient Assistance & Support
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and intake/output
Reposition patients to prevent skin breakdown
Provide emotional support and companionship
Safety & Environment
Maintain clean and organized patient areas
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Report patient concerns or condition changes promptly
Skills + Experience
Skills & Qualifications
Active CNA certification
Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dependability
Prior healthcare experience preferred
