Job Description
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound and inbound outreach efforts. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify inbound leads and assess prospect needs
Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers
Pipeline Development
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems
Track outreach metrics and lead conversion rates
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and messaging
Participate in sales training and coaching sessions
Provide feedback on prospect objections, messaging effectiveness, and market trends
Skills + Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach
Resilience, persistence, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage high activity levels and performance metrics
Prior sales, customer service, or outreach experience preferred
