Job Description
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships. This role focuses on consultative selling, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and inbound leads
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
Understand client challenges and position services or products as solutions
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in CRM systems
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports
Market Awareness & Strategy
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities and client needs
Skills + Experience
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of sales or account management experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
